Schedule You Time First!!

Everything hinges on our health. The most difficult part of fitness is finding the time to be consistent. But all we need is 30 minutes a day to change our lives.

Introducing the first ever HIIT Happy 28-Day Reset Challenge. In four weeks (January 6 to February 2, 2025), you'll make progress towards building a life-altering fitness habit. In addition to five workouts a week (live and prerecorded), the challenge includes an optional one-on-one call with HIIT Happy owner and fitness expert Penni Jones to talk nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. You will also be part of our fitness community with access to group discussions, nutrition tips, recipes, and answers to your questions.

HIIT Happy will donate $25 to The Brooklyn Project Foundation for each person who completes the challenge. You will also receive a bonus one-on-one session (can be used for personal training or wellness counseling) upon completion.

You don't need to be perfect to be considered a finisher! What is completion? One check in per week and 16 workouts total. You are welcome (and encouraged) to complete all 20 workouts.

This is about much more than exercise. We are resetting our habits so we can become healthier, both mentally and physically. The holidays can be a high-anxiety time. Exercise helps regulate your nervous system, calm anxiety, boost your immune system, and reduce brain fog. And we are approaching these healthy habits as a community. Think of fitness as self-care!
